Dear all,
Yesterday I went to SJMC (now called Sime Darby Medical Center) for my 4th Month's Check-Up. To be exact, now I am 17 weeks and 2 days pregnant. I went to see Dr Siti around 10 a.m, and the queue was a little bit long, so the reception asked me to take the number and go somewhere else dulu. Luckily My shift start on 4 pm, so i went back home, have some sleep then around 1230 baru gerak pergi jumpa Dr.

This is the 1st time me meeting her ( a very-very nice Dr). She did full inspection to my body. Then scanned the Baby, tapi tak nampak baby's sex lagi..Alhamdulillah, Baby's condition ok and my condition too. Dr did blood and urine test on me, tapi result belom tau lagi.
.
And i started to feel my baby now. For last 2 days, i can feel my baby moving around. Tak taulah dia tendang ke tumbuk ke, since the Baby still tiny lagi so tak rasa ape sangat. Tapi memang nampak perut saya gerak-gerak. Baby akan aktif especially pagi-pagi around pukul 8 - 9. Ada sekali tu my tummy tiba-tiba besar and keras sebelah..(gelak kuat-kuat). Saya rasa masa tuh kepala Baby kot kat situ.
I feel so excited !. Bila cerita kat Hubby, dia pon nak rasa Baby moving, tapi tak pernah ada chance, since Baby macam tak gerak sangat during night time. As per Dr Siti, sekarang memang kurang rasa Baby movement tapi sooner akan salalu rasa.
Macam best je ! Tak sabar la rasa. And my Baby'now dah 6 and half inches long !

As for my condition now, saya rasa dah ok sangat. Bangun pagi sentiasa segar, dah takde rasa malas-malas or rasa pening-pening. Tapi sometimes ada rasa 'loya angin'
so saya kena jaga makan, sebab kalau salah makan akan rasa 'loya angin' balik. Actually, since my early pregnancy memang saya 'loya angin' je, takde pon morning sickness or vommit- Alhamdulillah, Tapi 'loya angin' ni pon memang menyeksakan jugak- huhu. And i gained weight too- now dah 44.6 kg
.

The Updates
Macam dah lama sangat tak update blog nih.
Maybe i'm too buzy. So here are few updates of us lately .
Hari Raya
This year we celebrated our raya first time together. Tapi tak banyak preparation, since I am to tired due to my pregnancy- 4 hari tinggal puasa ( sayang je rase ). And we did celebrated raya in KL ( since my PIL ) baru balik Umrah and decided to celebrate raya in KL before they went back to Kelantan the Hometown. So all my In Laws decided not to went back to Kelantan this year.

Then on the Malam Raya we slept at my Parents', and after Solat Raye we went to my In-Laws' place. Then patang sikit we headed back to Malaka, my hometown ( nak jugak balik Melaka). Rasa nyesal pulak tak captured banyak pictures, sebab memang tak larat sangat. Hopefully next year Raya, we can celebrate to the fullest plus the new family member nanti ( InsyaAllah)

My Pregnancy
During Raya, I am around 15 weeks Preggy, so no heavy dizziness and nausea tapi rasa letih
and tak berapa boleh nak makan banyak-banyak jugak. However everything went ok
My Workplace
I never mentioned anything about my job previously. I can tell that it is quite
a hectic workplace (Call Centre). Dealing with customers on the phones.
Ada yang soooo nice, tapi ada yang sangat-sangat mencabar kesabaran.
But at the end of the day, satisfaction is the most important thing. Sometimes i do feel like quitting my job, tapi once dapat fulfill customer needs, rasa macam puas sangat. Sometimes bila dapat Complement Letter from customer, rasa kepuasan
yang to the max (disamping dapat voucher from Boss). I can tell that working in Call Centre is very challenging and interesting. Semalam dengar berita Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi made an announcement that kerja kosong untuk Call Centre the whole Malaysia ada 60, 000 vacancies (macam tak boleh imagine).

Oh hari tu My Boss did told me that I've been selected to be promoted as a Team Leader effective November. Unfortunately, i need to declined it since as a
Team Leader memang kena stay on shift. Tapi next year i nak deliver dah.
And Hubby pon dah cakap kalau dah deliver tak boleh stay on shift. I pon memang taknak kerja shift. I want to have full attention to my future babies.. (senyum)

my 3rd month check-up
yesterday we went to my 3rd month check-up
we just went to nearby clinic.
i was examined by a female dr ( lupe name die)
.
my baby dah 3 inches long. dah nampak dia gerak².jari² gerak. cumel
nampak heartbeat comel jugak
.
nothing much yang dr check.. so far everything ok
buat urine test sume ok
but my weight jatuh sikit. i am 41.4 kg only
so skarang kene aim tambahkan my kg's
kene makan banyak² as per hubby said.

my 3 months pregnancy
it's already 12 weeks of my pregnancy. but the nausea and the headhache macam belum habis.
now it came once in 2 days, yang menyebabkan i kene mc. minggu ni je dah 2 kali mc.makan pon macam kurang selera. before beli makanan nafsu bukan main besar,
bila makanan dah depan mate, terus tak boleh makan. and i'm still can eat those spicy foods.
kalau makan perut misti meragam. and one more thing, macam tak boleh minum ais jugak.
.
next week i will go for my 2nd check up. hopefully everything will be ok. my tummy pon nampak macam dah naik sikit...tapi still small lagi.yang paling obvious adalah my br*asts. since early pregnant lagi dah notice perubahan br*asts paling ketara.

and now hubby tengah puzzle about changing jobs. he's considering of applying a new job at
Terengganu..boleh tak jauh..! ( taktau nama shopping mall kat sana).
but whatever it is, i'll still follow hubby..hehe

today is the 1st time me & hubby buka puasa together..sedih kan, because i'm working on staggered shift, i just cant be with him all the time that a wife supposed to be...and i seldom cook for him... and yet he never complaint, and always smile at me and make me laugh, ( thanks honey!).so we went to CITITEL for our buka puasa. actually we planned to go to to sunway hotel but unfortunately the restaurant was fully booked, and our plan was the last minute one.tapi kat cititel pon ok jugak laaa....mostly food melayu + kambing panggang ! yummy!.by the way, my pregnancy progress..? rase mcm dah tak dizzy² sgt or nausea..but what i did notice:lately my nausea came macam selang sehari, hari ni ok gile..esok lembik gile (konpius)my gum pon selalu berdarah, especially masa gosok gigi ( refer buku, die kate normal, so ok lah tak risau..hehe)selera makan, still tak naik lagi..(except today).. for the past 5 days, my buka puasa at theoffice, just makan nestum + roti canai ( 1/2 keping) + air, and sahur koko krunch.
The other day when i went to see Dr Ang, my weight was arouund 43.8 kg, but Dr didnt comment anything, so i supposed it's ok... ( even though sume suruh saye mkn byk²).rase tu je kot... btw, kalau ikut the book that i read currently, this week ( 11th) sepatutdah boleh tau the baby sex. maybe i'll make appointment after raye.. rase nak jumpe Dr siti pulak...( hehe)

early pregnancy
since i just knew that i'm pregnant on the 10th weeks, i'm hardly remember what are the early symptoms that i had on my early pregnancy..
ade la rase sikit² dizzy...nausea (takde)..morning sickness pon takde (alhamdulillah)
.
kalau bau² yang sensitive pon tak berape sangat, just i tak boleh bau yang wangi²
(macam perfume, or body lotion)- so i changed my body lotion to the nivea cream
( ni je boleh)
perfume? tak pakai langsung..hehe
.
but since dah confirm pregnant hari tu, baru la nak start dizzy + nausea sikit²
especially on the afternoon, and late night ( tak tau kenape)...
and rase memang mcm terrible sikit, but still alhamdulillah mine is still the minor one
wondering how my mother can survive those situations with 8 kids.. (love u mak!)

my appetite pulak, yes it does changed, where i'm a lil bit crazy for pizza hut
dalam 1 week 4 kali pegi makan pizza ( nasib baik hubby ikut je)
and i cant eat spicy food anymore!! tak melake la anak mama ni ! !
nak makan tibe² yang lemak², yang kicap takpon rendang (sebijik selera hubby)
sambal goreng my mom bagi, tak boleh sentuh langsung, padehal before this, tak boleh makan
without the sambal.

i've read few books lately about pregnancy. since i did missed those lovely 10 weeks time,
i jut got to know that within this 10 weeks my baby had developed few things such as:
1. the spine, brain, heart, muscles and bones were formed (misti comel kan, kecit)-week 5
2. baby has a well defined head &body. lim buds are appearing where the arms & legs will
develop and minuscule buds for milk teeth are forming in baby's jaw - week 6
3. tiny lips and nostrils appear,and eyes are visible under the skin. baby's lungs have also
developed their on airways - week 7
4. all baby's internal organs have been developed. the face becoming more recognisably human
the baby measures just 2.5 cm long from head to bottom - week 8
5. baby's arms and toes are all growing longer and already baby cab move individual limbs
( best nye) week 9
6. starting to look more human. eyelids have fused over baby's developing eyes,
and tiny wrists, ankles, fingers and toes are clearly defined. and also the brain continues
to grow rapidly ( bentuk die dah sempurna by now, amiin) - week 10
such a unique process Allah created for and embryo

i am 11 weeks pregnant now. i just realized that i am pregnant on week 10 ( which is last week)when hubby asked me to do home test.after that 2 lines appeared, my tears just burst out, tak tau nak describe feeling macam mane, bercampur aduk...but my hubby, senyum sampai telinge..then on the next few days, i went to SJMC to confirm the test.managed to see the gynae by the name of Dato' Dr Ang ( a male Dr.)Dr Ang did the test on me, and he said ' ok, confirm u're pregnant' ( comel la dr. ni)and just advice me not to do this and that, walk slowly, dont run, and so onand i did asked him, whether if i work on shift, will it effect my health and baby..and he told me its ok to work on shift ( shift that i'm talking about some time drag me till 12 am).
